    Here at Harding+, we are currently recruiting for a Merchandiser to join the team within our Lifestyle Category. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Fashion Merchandising and used to working within a fast paced retail environment ideally with own brand experience.

    About the role:

    As a Merchandiser for Harding+, you’ll play a key role in keeping our ships stocked, trading and performing at their best. Working closely with the team, you’ll drive effective stock allocation and onboard inventory levels, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time to maximise sales.

    You’ll use data and performance insight to drive smart replenishment decisions, balancing availability, efficiency and commercial opportunity our ships.

    Based in Avonmouth on a hybrid working basis – 2/3 days per week.

    Compensation – competitive salary, annual company related bonus, pension, 4 x life assurance, healthcare, 26 days leave annually

    What you will be doing:

    You’ll manage stock allocation and onboard inventory levels, ensuring products are available where and when they’re needed most. You’ll analyse sales and stock performance data to make informed replenishment decisions that drive availability, minimise risk and maximise sales. Working closely with Buyers, Shipboard Retail Managers, Area Managers, Logistics and Marketing, you’ll coordinate the smooth flow of stock across the fleet and help every ship trade at its best.

    About you:

    • Experience in Fashion merchandising, with advanced planning and analytical skills, including Excel
    • Flexible approach to work, adapting quickly and effectively to unexpected changes
    • Good judgement and decision-making skills, confident in suggesting calculated risks
    • Strong customer awareness and understanding
    • Passionate about product, strong market and brand awareness
    • Exceptionally organised, methodical, and efficient, to meet deadlines
    • Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK
