If you’ve ever transformed a piece of fine jewellery into an unforgettable story…
If you’ve sparked excitement at a luxury showcase…
If you’ve worked on board before and still crave that fast-paced, electric atmosphere…

Your next chapter might begin right here.

This isn’t a traditional shop-floor position — it’s a role at the very core of our onboard retail experience. You’ll be the storyteller, the host, and the spark that brings our luxury offering to life.

From commanding the stage at a theatre-style jewellery showcase to igniting interest at a cocktail reception or welcoming VIP guests into an intimate private preview, your presence will shape how guests experience our brands. You’ll be visible, approachable, and effortlessly confident, striking up conversations that naturally guide guests into our stores and towards our product specialists.

Working hand-in-hand with the onboard retail teams, you’ll influence event turnout, support conversion, and ensure guests truly appreciate the craftsmanship, value, and exclusivity of what we offer. You’ll identify potential buyers, connect them with the right experts, and help craft an elevated shopping journey that feels both personal and unforgettable.

Life at sea moves quickly, and every day brings something new. To thrive, you’ll need to be adaptable, culturally aware, polished under pressure, and able to leave a lasting impression wherever you go.
