About the role:
As the Brand Activations Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in our marketing team by leading the planning and execution of branded activations on cruise ships based out of the UK and Europe. From crafting tailored proposals to coordinating with teams across Buying, Finance, and Operations, you’ll ensure every activation enhances the onboard guest experience while driving revenue.
Based in Avonmouth on a hybrid working basis – 2 days in office per week
Compensation – competitive salary, bonus scheme, pension, 4 x life assurance, healthcare cash plan, 25 days leave annually (including Christmas shutdown)
What you will be doing:
Deliver the calendar of activations, working closely with the Global Senior Marketing Manager.
Create tailored proposals to the brand, confirming the specifics of each activation, and seeking approvals from the cruise line for each activation.
Work with the brand and printer/installer to deliver activations on time and to the agreed budget.
Work with Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure that sufficient stock is ordered for display in the feature space.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure that material/content is created to support the initiative in as many places across the ship/pre cruise as is possible (to maximise exposure).
Work with Commercial Finance to ensure that the performance of each activation is tracked and reported to allow optimisation.
About you:
Strong experience in Marketing, with experiential marketing or event planning experience being advantageous.
A systematic and organised approach to managing multiple projects.
Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills to work with internal teams, brands, and cruise lines.
Comfort working to tight deadlines and juggling multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK.
